Pet-friendly with plenty of space for our pup. Chalets are clean and well-equipped. Great location near the ocean and estuary. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and ocean views. Well-appointed BBQ area. Close to shops and amenities. Quick heating with reverse cycle

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the staff was genuinely helpful. The location was a definite plus point for me. It was very close to both shops and restaurants, and the beautiful Estuary was just a short walk away. I also appreciated the easy access to transportation, which made it convenient for me to explore the area.
Almost perfect.

Got a free upgrade upon arrival and the pool was great for my son. the location was also convenient, with an IGA next door and the beach and estuary within walking distance.
The caravan we were supposed to be staying in had a blocked sink, but we were offered a two bedroom cabin instead. However, the cabin was a bit small for the price and the TV was too high up on the wall, which hurt our necks when watching.

If you're looking for a convenient location, this place is it. You'll be able to walk or drive to everything you need with ease. Despite this, the noise level is low and pleasant. The facilities including the chalets are generally good quality and clean.
The parking options around the area are limited, so it may be challenging for those with cars.

Location was convenient and easy to access public transportation. The room was well-priced and came with basic amenities. There was an unexpected view from the window.
The cleanliness was not up to par for me. I noticed dirt on the floors and stains on the sheets.
